Between 3pm feasting and our evening dessert marathon, a quick workout:
8 pushups
8x(deadlift to hang clean to shoulder press)
8 pushups
8x(hang clean to front squat to shoulder press)
8 pushups
8x(snatch to front squat to push press)
8 pushups
8 split squat each leg, 40lb
8 pushups
25 crunches, 8 leg lifts, 25 lemon squeezers, 8 leg lifts
8 pushups
All the combo exercises were done with 20lb DBs.
