Lift
Another session in the Rowe basement:
Bench press: 2x8 at 120, 4 at 130, 6 at 125, 3 at 120lb
17 pushups
Deadlifts: 8 at 120, 8 at 170, 1 at 230lb
Good improvement, I think. Time to start running again.
