Hit the gym

Overhead squats: 10 at 45, 8 at 65, 6 at 95lb
Squats: 3x5 at 155lb
Bench press: 10 at 115, 6 at 135, 6 at 126, 7 at 115lb
DB Lunge and press: 5 per leg at 20lb
Cable hip/shoulder extensions: 10 at 12.5, 10 at 17.5lb
Cable tricep extensions: 8 at 17.5lb
