*Includes the time it took me to shift to a new area after the gym supervisor yelled at me for doing push-presses anywhere other than next to a rack. Then, because the racks were all full, I had to wait for somebody to finish their set before moving my bar over. But it was a rough metcon anyway, I was a little optimistic with the weight after the pullups and all those clap pushups I did yesterday.
