2 hang power snatch above the knee, 2 hang snatch below the knee at 65, 85, 95, 105, 115, 125lb
Box jumps: 5 at 24", 4 at 28"
Single leg box jumps: 2 per leg at 24"; 4x2 per leg at 28"
Hang power clean: 4 at 135; 5x4 at 145lb
Split jerk: 2x2 at 155, 165, 175lb
Front squat: 4 at 135; 4x4 at 145; 4 at 150lb
Pullups: 5x4 at 25lb
