Hit the gym just to loosen up, the dry needling from yesterday really did a number on my leg. Very stiff. Biked 1mi on the assault bike and then foam rolled for 30min, plus: 3x5 hang clean at 135#
Doe Practice: struggled a bit getting up to speed on full-field cuts in the A-cut drill, but felt quick and confident in the 4v4 and 7v7. Had to work through the sprints at the end, legs weren't feeling real fresh, but that's when the effort matters most.
