Doe Throwing Workout:
40 walking throws, no fake
40 walking throws, with fake
40 jogging give and go throws
40 in-cut to two steps sideways catch
20 50yd hucks (10 each direction)
40 body weight squat to throw
Pushups: 40-20-20-20
