Practice
Not enough numbers to divide into A/B, but we got a good practice in with some separate drills for handlers/cutters and decent quality scrimmage, given the awful field conditions. We also did some conditioning, which felt good...including 3 full-field suicides with cones at 20, 45, 65, 85, and 105 yards out, so 640yds each time. I won two of the three, took second in the middle one.

Plyos: 2 rounds of 20 calf jumps, 20 tuck jumps, 20 ricochet jumps, 20 box jumps, 10 step-ups per leg, 10 single-leg squats per leg.
Wall sit to failure, then do squats until everybody else fails (112 completed)
Plank to failure, then do supermans until everybody esle fails (112 completed)
Side plank to failure, then do pushups until everybody else fails (54 completed)
Side plank to failure, then do pushups until everybody else fails (60 completed)

Military abs
Winter League Game 3: we ran away with the first half against Mio's team playing 7 on 5, then 6 on 6 until we were up 8-2. Then they got some reinforcements and half of our team crumbled, letting up a 2-8 run. We had the disc to win but an ill-advised huck sailed out the back with seconds left, and the game ended in a 10-10 tie.

Military abs
I missed my team's first game while in Germany, heard we lost. Tonight our opponents (Frenchy's team) didn't play up to their potential, things just seemed to work out for us and we took half 8-6, won the game 20-9. I played a lot, played decent but not particularly well. Pretty sure I threw only one turnover, and that was because some guy-wire strung across the field that I didn't see blocked my blade to Bill in the endzone. I got scored on deep by both Frenchy and Pippin, and I still haven't found my stride on a full field yet after so much indoor.
I took it easy in the gym because I haven't been lifting for a while and don't want to jump into an injury. I also hate squats, but I guess it's time to get over that.
