Recovery Workout

Knee's been bothering me for more than a week, so I'm taking the week to work it out.

1000m row in 3:40 (1:40, 2:00)
20min foam rolling

3x10 single leg elevated hip thrusts
3x10 cook hip lifts
3x10 single leg Romanian deadlift

3 rounds for time:
30 kettlebell snatch 14kg (15 per arm)
20 V-ups
10 handstand pushups to 1 ab-mat
Completed in 7:30
Rounds: 2:15, 2:20, 2:55

Finisher: 40 V-ups
