2 squat clean to 1 split jerk: 1 at 125; 2 at 145, 165; 1 at 175lb
Snatch extension: 2x3 at 135, 145lb
Bent-over row: 3x5 at 125lb
Pullups: 5 at 0, +10, +15, +20, +25lb
2x5 chinups
