3 squat clean to 1 jerk dip at 155, 165, 165lb
2 squat clean to 1 jerk dip at 175, 175lb
Push jerk: 3 at 145, 155, 155; 2x2 at 165lb
Pause front squat to front squat: 5 at 165lb
3x10 weighted back extensions 45lb
3x15 weighted incline situps 45lb
3 hour practice. Low numbers. Lots of reps early, lots of work late.
