Uni Lift, Feldrenner Training

3x10 step-ups with rotation
Thrusters: 5 at 30, 40kg
Muscle-ups: 2x5
Front squat: 5 at 50, 55, 60kg
Pushups: 2x12 at +20kg
3x10 kettlebell swing 15kg
3x10 RLESS
3x10 incline barbell push

60min outdoor practice, 3v4 scrim.
