Split jerk: 3x2 at 60kg
Overhead split squat: 3x10 at 20kg
Pullups: 5 L-hang, 4, knee-tuck, 3 regular, 1 kipping
Pullups: 4 L-hang, 3, knee-tuck, 2 regular, 3 kipping
Pullups: 3 L-hang, 2, knee-tuck, 2 regular, 4 kipping
3x5 pistol squats
Called it quits. Back on it next week.
