Lift

My knee hurts, so I stretched for 20 minutes and then did some exercises that (hopefully) won't make it worse.

Muscle-ups, 30lb assistance: 5, 5, 3
4 pullups
4x(hang clean, press, press) with 45lb BB
45degree extensions: 8 at body weight, 8 at +25lb
2x8 (deadlift, hang clean, military press) with 25lb DB's
2x6 single leg 30lb DB snatch (opposite leg)
4 explosive pullups
ab circuit

More icing/stretching tonight...
