5 muscle-ups
Overhead squats: 3 at 89, 100, 111*, 100, 100lbClean and jerk: 4 at 111, 122, 133lb
*didn't go full range of motion, which is why I dropped back down in weight for the last two rounds.
We had our first practice of the season tonight, too. Lots of dudes, but we tried to keep things moving with high energy and ended practice with two long sprints.
