Bear complex:
7x(hang power clean to front squat to push press to back squat to push press) at 40, 45, 50kg
5x(hang power clean to front squat to push press to back squat to push press) at 55kg

Coached a 2 hour practice, most of it on a quarter of a field. Again with the late time slot.
