Pause hang power clean: 1 at 155, 165, 175, 185lb
Pause box jump: 5x3 at 30" plus two 45lb plates
Upright row: 3x5 at 20kg
Bicep curl: 3x8 at 25lb
5x10 ab-wheel rollouts
