Plus a couple flights of stair running, a few pistol squats and 20mins of stretching. My left quad still hurts, and even feels like it isn't working properly--it hurts when I try to jog at a faster pace, but doesn't seem to be in much pain when I do things like squat, even pistol squat. In fact, my left quad hurt more when I did right-leg pistols than left-leg pistols. I am confused.
