Haven't been feeling quick or explosive this semester, but I think that's a problem which can be fixed. Maybe this is just what the doctor ordered.
Tabata squats: 22, 22, 22, 22, 21, 21, 20, 20
Tabata pushups: 24, 18, 8, 8*, 8*, 8*, 7*, 2
Tabata lunges: 7.5, 8, 8.5, 8.5, 8.5, 9, 9, 8.5
Tabata crunches: 32, 35, 27, 26, 26, 26, 27, 28
Tabata superman holds
2-3 minutes rest between exercises.
