Recovery

The Vegas recap will be forthcoming.

Today I did 30 minutes of stretching, plus some body weight squats, overhead squats with the 45lb bar, a few single pullups, bouldering on the rock wall, and a short ab circuit. The goal was to get loosened up and do a few exercises, for the body to move a bit after three days of hard Ultimate.
