Deadlifts, 12lb medicine ball: 19, 19, 21, 20, 19, 20, 19, 20
Squats, 6lb medicine ball: 20, 20, 20, 19, 19, 20, 21, 22
Lunges, 6lb medicine ball: 17, 17, 16, 16, 15, 15, 15, 16
Dealdifts, 45lb plate: 15, 15, 15, 15, 15, 15, 15, 16
Squats, 25lb plate: 15, 15, 14, 16, 16, 15, 15, 16
Lunges, 2x10lb DB: 14, 14, 14, 13, 13, 13, 13, 13
Pushups: 21, 17, 4+6*, 8*, 8*, 8*, 8*, 8*
Abs: 24, 22, 24, 24, 22, 22, 24, 48
Deadlifts were much more awkward with a weight plate than a bar. For abs, I did crunches, crunches, right and left side crunches, crunches, alternating crunches, bicycle kicks.
