Jose Gonzalez - Down the Line

4x(5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats) in 4:30

Kept it light to prevent elbow tendonitis, which I tend to get when trying to do a bunch of pullups after a long time off. The only place I've found to do them is a square crossbar holding up a café sign.

Recovery:
45 minutes yoga, deep stretching
15 minutes foam roller work
