Lift

Pushups at +45lb: 12, 12, 6
3x(10 parallel-grip pullups, 20 pushups)
3x10 tricep pushdowns at 32.5lb
Incline bench press: 12 at 65, 2x6 at 75lb
Lat pulldowns: 12 at 75, 87.5, and 125lb
Incline situps: 20x3-count with 10lb medball
