Team Workout

Plyos: 2 rounds of 20 calf jumps, 20 tuck jumps, 20 ricochet jumps, 20 box jumps, 10 step-ups per leg, 10 single-leg squats per leg.

Wall sit to failure, then do squats until everybody else fails (112 completed)
Plank to failure, then do supermans until everybody esle fails (112 completed)
Side plank to failure, then do pushups until everybody else fails (54 completed)
Side plank to failure, then do pushups until everybody else fails (60 completed)

2 rounds of 30 seconds on, 5 seconds transition: skyhumps left, skyhumps right, squat-thrusts, mountain climbers, split jumps, marking shuffles, jumping jacks, skaters, throwing lunges

3x50yd accelerators, 3x50yd sprints
