Pullups: 5 at +10, 3 at +12.5, +15, +12.5kg
Clean and Jerk: 2 at 40, 50, 60kg
5 cleans 40kg
Bent-over row: 3x8 at 25kg
Reverse butterfly machine: 10 at 15, 20, 25kg
4x10 roman chair leg raises
2 sets Pavlov press
