Push press: 5 at 30, 40, 50, 55kg
Muscle-ups: 3x3
Bench press: 5 at 35, 55, 55, 55, 3 at 55, 5 at 45kg
1:30 plank, 0:30 ring plank
Situp and press: 15, 11 at 15kg
