12 squats, 45lb on smith machine
2x12 squats, 95lb on smith machine
2x12 calf press, 180lb on leg press machine
2x12 lat pulldowns, 80lb
2x12 seated row, 45lb
As long as I can get a spotter, I will try to do free squats, rather than use the smith machine.
