Lift

Right back into it.

6 pullups
3 pullups
15 isolation db curls, 15lb
15 standing db curls, 12lb
bench press (15 at 45, 12 at 85, 9 at 85, 6 at 85, 2 neg. reps at 85)

Yeah, I know I'm weak. Leave my pullup numbers alone. To give a little credit, though, I'm releasing to full extension before each one--locked out elbows, dropping down at the shoulders, and hanging. I figure, why make it easier.
