5x5 HSPU to pillow, 3x15 pushups
Plyos: 3x10 squat jumps, wall taps, step-up jumps (from 2 steps), riccochet jumps, box jumps (to 3 steps)
Abs: 50 full body crunches, 25 leg lifts
25 crunches, 25 L situps, 25 R situps
25 toe touches, 25 crunches
