IR Track Workout #4-1

Cut down to three rounds:

6x(100m sprint, 100m jog) in 16.8, 17.3, 16.2, 16.9, 17.1, 16.1
5min throwing
6x(100m sprint, 100m jog) in 15.6, 16.3, 16.6, 16.9, 17.2, 16.7
30 partner-clap pushups
5min throwing
6x(100m sprint, 100m jog) in 16.2, 17.9, 18.2, 16.8, 18.0, 17.2
20 partner-clap pushups
5min throwing

Every even-numbered sprint each round was completed on a section of track I believe shorter than the section on which each odd-numbered sprint was completed, so I adjusted the even-numbered sprints according to the difference between the averages on each track section. Either way, I was hitting around 16-18 seconds every time.
