Lift, Breeze Practice

20min SMR
Interspersed power clean and squat clean and jerk reps, multiple singles at 165lb
3x3 clean pull 185lb

Warmed up and practiced but got my ankle stomped on in the first post-warmup drill. It bruised up pretty good so I sat out the rest of practice and did some handstands between watching the scrimmage.
