Review of front squat, overhead squat, thruster, wall ball, and box jump. Then, the following workout:

4 timed rounds for reps:
1 minute wall balls 20lb 10'
1 minute box jumps
1 minute situp and press 15lb
1 minute rest

Rep count:
Round 1: 64
Round 2: 65
Round 3: 56
Round 4: 59
