Squat clean and jerk: 2 at 125, 145, 155, 165, 175lb
Front squat: 3 at 125, 135; 6x3 at 145lb
Snatch grip Romanian deadlift: 4x5 at 155lb
Handstand pushups: 4, 5, 6, 5, 4
