Team Lift

It feels really good to be in the gym with a bunch of teammates. There was a prescribed workout, which I deviated from on the grounds that I am doing more lifting on my own.

9 pullups
4 pullups, +5lb
4 pullups
BB RDL: 2x8 at 45, 2x8 at 95lb
BB hang pull: 8 at 45, 8 at 55, 8 at 65lb
DB hang pull: 2x8 at 30lb
