lower back extension (machine): 10 at 70lb
pullups: 8, 5 at +5lb, 3 at +10lb, 6 (top half only)
45degree hyperextensions: 2x10, 10 at +10lb
4x15 supine hamstring curl on exercise ball
My legs are very sore.
