I did the first 400m in just under 2:00, the next two around 2:10 and the last one in 1:54 for a mile time of 8:14. So really, the shoulders were the limiting factor. I did them unbroken in the first round, then 8-7, 6-5-4, 5-4-3-2-1. I only missed on one rep, in the last round.
