Snatch: 3 at 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125; 2 at 130lb
3 squat clean to 1 power jerk to 2 split jerk: 135, 140, 145, 150lb
3 power clean to 1 power jerk to 2 split jerk at 155lb
Deadlift: 3 at 205, 225, 235, 245, 255, 265; 2 at 275lb
Bench press: 3 at 135, 145, 150, 155; 2x2 at 160lb
