2 squat clean to 2 split jerk: 2 at 125, 130lb
2 squat clean to 4 split jerk: 2 at 135, 140lb
4 squat clean to 4 split jerk at 145lb
Deadlift: 4 at 185, 225; 5x4 at 245lb
Bench press: 4 at 95, 125, 145, 150, 155; 3 at 160; 2x4 at 145lb
