Power clean and jerk: 3 at 135; 2 at 145, 155; 1 at 165, 175, 185, 195lb
Back squat: 1 at 165, 185, 195, 205, 215lb
3x5 split squat per leg at +125lb
3x5 hand-release pushups at +45lb
