Coached the Georgetown team through a yo-yo intermittent recovery test, then did a 5:00 plank with them followed by a super quick lift:
Power snatch: 2 at 40, 45, 50, 55, 60; 3x1 at 65kg
Power clean and jerk: 2 at 60, 65, 70; 3x1 at 75kg
