Lift

7 pull-ups
6 wide-grip pull-ups at 78% body weight
Bench Press: 8 at 45, 8 at 95, 5 at 95, 3x6 at 85
6 chin-ups
2x8 db curls 20lb
8 db curls 15lb

Yikes. Getting stronger in pull-ups, but hopefully I was just tired during the other exercises.
